First off raw doggin' the gym is impressive, second leg day is my favorite day so as for your exercises, the stair master is a great workout, it focuses on your glutes and not super straining. The thigh machine is also good. I tend to sit a little farther back so it's closer to my knee than actually on my legs (if that makes any sense) as well as go as wide as I can.

For the record, I enjoyed the gym video, at the same time I enjoy all your content. I like how you explain the process on what your about to do for your social journey, or baking , etc. You are a fun story telling, so keep up the awesome job making your content.
