This music is iran music ❤❤😂 عشق است آهنگ ایرانی ❤❤
2? Cause of the gap. Or 4 since his racket is far to his right
the first one is better if you cant move to it. just improve your form. The second one is better if youre at the shuttlecock, but is a bit trickier to do. I personally like the first one more
Out of topic here, but I've always had a problem with dragging my arm down with overhead shots, especially when smashing. My elbow doesn't stay up, which is bugging me tremendously. Sadly, I don't know how to adress this problem, do you have any idea how I could work on that? I want my elbow to stay up and the forearm/wrist to go down before the elbow does, the way it should be.
The usual practice was to have the racket head at the height of the net or slightly higher. We were taught this reduced the time to get to the shuttle. So it's interesting to see this new perspective of the racket being BELOW the tape.
That's interesting. Our rationale for keeping it slightly below (as explained in the video) is that if the serve is good, the shuttle will dip down after crossing the net. If the racket face is above the net, then this will create a natural trajectory of the racket going down to hit the shuttle, which increases the probability of hitting the net. Keeping the racket slightly below helps to adjust for this
Is this Ljutzkanov? His voice sounds familiar, like the guy in the kinetic chain video that i found one time.
Yes
Yes, Stefan Ljutzkanov. He is the founder of Badmintoo.com. We're making a lot of content with him on foundational technique in badminton. You can find out more at Badmintoo.com. Link on the channel

Çıplak kafayla anlayamadığımız derken .... Hiç hoş olmamış..
Nah, my issue is doing too many 'no look' shots - they're addictive 😁
The back player’s shot
Whilst I agree that the default grip for defence should be backhand that's not what lost them the rally here - choosing a weak, half-committed 'nothing shot' back towards the attacking player was the issue. Even with the forehand grip, a whipped crosscourt lift/drive would have been a much stronger return.
Does Mr White Shoes play a lot of singles? 😉
Usually the guy with glasses will take it. Front court player has to run backwards and would be less aggressive in that situation. However, it’s not a hard and fast rule and the pair have to discuss their roles beforehand for such a situation.
Front court player's. He drive deep or lob, that's immediate rotation
it was white shoe's mistake either he should have moved forward earlier or should have stood in defense position ,he got deceived
Purple player’s feet already move forward… wrong anticipation
Player with glasses
oh yeah ouch hahahha. you miss the easiest shot
Super
Loose grip and additional finger strength
Footwork
Foundational lift when trying to recover or borrow time
Shorter swing, adding some finger power.
What’s the New Zealand National men’s Badminton team knows as the ‘Black C0c#s !
Recieving the shuttle early in the second case
Worth Play
Try hitting toss and clears for a few points and force a few ralies. You can gain a good sense of court and shuttle after that. Avoid jump smashes and agressive playstyle for a few points. That is whqt helped me
He should go to right. Because you clear the ball from left. Giving space for you to come front and help in defensive.
❤❤❤❤Wow
Hey Stefan, please could you do a short demonstrating how grip size can affect the grip e.g. maybe get 3 racquets with different grip sizes and show how it would affect your grip.
