It was global on the 3Ds although if you meant for the switch then I agree as I would like to play Yo Kai Watch 1 again

You keep talking to the landlord daily until a different gemnyan spawns in a room. then do the same thing to get the bell for that gemnyan.

The infinite inferno bosses can Drop Coins though I have not completed enough runs of the infinite inferno to know what the drop rates are. I also don't know whether certain bosses drop certain coins or if it’s completely random. Even if a boss drops specific coins, you will still have to complete the entire infinite inferno again to be able to fight that boss again. You can also trade bugs and fish for the coins in the shoppers row apartment C-301. The place to do this is in apartment C on the third floor in the room farthest to the left. I don't have any Arks but from what I've read from posts is that some of them will give coins but most of them are one time use.

Correct don’t save after they spawn

The wayfarer manors spawns are random yokai so as far as I’m aware there is no way to cheese what it spawns. I will say if you don’t save after starting the game for the day you can reset the game until you have 3 yokai available for the manor

No they will give you the item or bell the first time you talk to them

You have to do the wayfarer manor until Rubinyan appears. It took two months for me to get all of the bells. 1. First spawn a yokai in the game will make you save here in order to spawn a room. 2. Panda Noko will go into the 10th room you don't need all 9 previous rooms full. I only had 8 full when talked to the landlord and I got a 9th Yokai and Panda Noko
