Can I saw off the legs to fit the footings

Can the vabinet be installed in the middle part?
Do both cabinets on the bottom open? 2 cabinets and 1 drawer?
Is the cushion part of the chair or a separate charge for it?

How did you overcome this issue ? I have been stuck for hours…
