I’m pretty sure you find it in the coliseum under the island in the most south east corner of the map. You have to fight some bokos, pretty easy
What armor is that?
Phantom Ganon Headpiece (DLC) Hylian tunic (In Kakariko or Hateno) and fire resistant pants (in Goron City) Cant remember the name of the pants tho

On the first island you start at, once you beat the third shrine where you learn ascend you’ll see a cliff you can ascend to right next to that shrine. The treasure is up there with the pants
