The first comment here, we'll take it. To be fair the gentleman hitting the pads has torn ligaments in his foot. He's in agony moving around, you can see him wincing in pain throwing a simple roundhouse in another video. Check out a later vid called "Stun and Run." He's doing so much better there, lot's of physio and no surgery, with him being so much more fluid.
