tonight's video is all positive affirmations that will hopefully calm you down, especially if you have been feeling anxious/stressed/overwhelmed recently. this video was personal for me, i sometimes find it difficult to say kind things to myself and actually internalize it. so i guess this was a practice of self love all in itself!! i'm proud to share this with you all.
