Celebrating mawlid once a year is not enough, we need to create a new sect where one sings nasheed after adhan, After salah one does fatiha on cake taking names of dead scholars etc and eating it, And the whole day take rally on road jamming it completely with loudspeaker and DJ system, Lets walk on burnt coal to show our faith and love for prophet Muhammad(Saw) Let's play holi with water, And let's be dressed in our latest hot and sexy outfits for the rally(especially girls dress like it's your sisters wedding) Outfits, cake, singing, decoration, going crazy if anything is left please give ideas What's should we do celebrate like this on monthly basis or weekly, because once a year does not feel like it's enough

But when I searched those first two Hadith in that meaning it doesn’t say gathering to praise ALLAH and prophet sallahu alihu wasalam as blessing. The gathering was to thank ALLAH for guidance. It doesn’t mentioned for sending blessing as prophet saw Abu Sa'id Khudri reported that Mu'awiya went to a circle in the mosque and said: What makes you sit here? They said: We are sitting here in order to remember Allah. He said: I adjure you by Allah (to tell me whether you are sitting here for this very purpose)? They said: By Allah, we are sitting here for this very purpose. Thereupon, he said: I have not demanded you to take an oath, because of any allegation against you and none of my rank in the eye of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) is the narrator of so few ahadith as I am. The fact is that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) went out to the circle of his Companions and said: What makes you sit? They said: We are sitting here in order to remember Allah and to praise Him for He guided us to the path of Islam and He conferred favours upon us. Thereupon he adjured by Allah and asked if that only was the purpose of their sitting there. This man is misguiding people by mixing the praises of the beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ with his ﷺ birthday... 1. The hadees of Muawiya Radiallaahu anhu mentions zikr of Allah ... 2. Praising the Prophet ﷺ is part of Iman but no where do we find that the Sahaba celebrated this on the birthday... or made the birthday appointed day... 3. The prophet ﷺ never celebrated himself, but kept fast on his birthday , which these so called barelvis don't do ... The Prophet ﷺ would fast , but these barelvis made it an eid ... fast and eid are opposite to each other ... eid is meant to eat and drink from the risq of Allah but fast is to avoid eating for the day... these barelvis made it an eid while as the Prophet ﷺ fasted.... 4. Sending salutations on the Prophet ﷺ compensates for all the duas we would ask from Allah... but people like barelvis have gone to the extremes... And the Muslims have been called the ummatul wast... the middle ones who don't go to the extremes... 5. اللهم صل و سلم على نبينا محمد(ﷺ)...

They replied: 'We are sitting together to remember Allah and praise Him for guiding us to Islam and bestowing favors on us.' Surah maryam :33 And salam (peace) be upon the day i was born,and the day i die,and the day i shall be raised alive..! Surah al-ahzab:6 The prophet (Muhammad s.a.w) is closers to the believers than their ownselve... Alhamdulilahi rabbil alamin...

The Hadith quoted has nothing to do with mawlid (birth of prophet sw). Why are you exaggerating and twisting the Hadith. I would urge people to go and read the Hadith themselves.

Did the sahaba celebrate every year? Did they celebrate on 12th Rabi ul Awaal? Also it's a mis interpretation of hadith.. They are not celebrating his birthday... But his birth to the world which was in darkness to bring them to light.

Was the word "Mawlid" or birth literally stated? Or whatever Arabic words meaning birth? I've seen this narration and it's not which is disappointing and fuel for the deviants. It's enough to say that Sayidunnah Abbas upon whom Allah is pleased recited poetry of his birth. To force the word "mawlid" into RasoolAllah ﷺ 's speech is deceptive. We're better than this...

Did the Prophet Pbuh celebrated Maulid? This is no doubt imitating the Kufars. AudoBillah. Innovators of our Deen. Ibn ’Umar (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “He who imitates any people (in their actions) is considered to be one of them.” Related by Abu Dawud and Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih. وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ ‏-رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا‏- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ مَنْ تَشَبَّهَ بِقَوْمٍ, فَهُوَ مِنْهُمْ } أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ.‏ 1‏ .‏ ‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه أبو داود (4031)‏.‏

Rasululah s.a.w said, shaythaan will not destroy and mislead his ummah through the obligatory and Fardh deeds and actions, but he will mislead them through his sunnah through introducing Bidà .
