Nowadays 2K and EA want its players to literally LIVE inside the game....that's killing my pleasure of simply playing the game. I really miss the simplicity of the NBA Live 2003. Of course it wasn't realistic, but at least it didn't try to sell us something every step of the game...2K 24 is a horrible experience and more horrible is the MyPlayer Career. It wouldn't even stink as much, if 2K didn't make it so obvious they are milking you dry, when they stop supporting any 2k older than 2 years, BECAUSE THEY KNOW THOSE GAME ARE BETTER. And cheaper to play. Forcing you into newer games, which cost more to buy, and more to enjoy. Absolutely done with 2K and I wish more people would boycott this sh**.

Defense being off was exactly how I felt. I grinded 2k15-20 as a kid and hopped on 24 today. Genuinely felt impossible to guard anyone. Another issue is the build gap between an 80 vs 90+. Like u said with a badge countering another if you don’t have that badge it’s actually impossible to win. Miss the 2k17 days when build were 20$ and it took 2-3 hours of my career to get gold badges.

Now I feel bad I got this sorry game for 10 bucks all I had to do was wait 9 months
