He has alot of knowledge like master Tatum dose.
Awesome kenpo teacher
Awesome kenpo set
You gotta love the theoretical nonsense of gimpo ooops Imean kenpo... they're like to washed up stuntman rehearsing for a cops/Robbers procedural ..
@@niallgreene5718 😂
I like that you are showing how the eye strike takes advantage of the opponent's reaction. (Bending his arm after getting hit by your palm to the face). Very few people realize that that is part of this technique (as all other Ed Parker techniques).
Do you make funny sounds and hit yourself doing normal things, like when eating dinner? "Please pass the salt.... hoooeowwo!"
@@charlesreed5839 😂
This is an interesting variation. My only issue is that you are calling it "the extension". That could lead people to believe that you are doing the original Ed Parker extension. But your suffixes, while they look great, are nowhere close to Mr. Parker's actual extension. It would be easier to support your efforts if you would be clear where this variation is from.
Fantastico. Very very good MAESTRO ❤❤❤😊😊😊🎉
Excellent videos..!! I can`t keep to mention the teaching similarities with my kenpo master Hector Jofrè. Thank you Master Juan for sharing your kenpo art skills. Greettings from Chile.
The size difference with the uke is insane! 😮
@@KyricZ30 😂yes indeed
@@KyricZ30 he can toss me if he wanted 😂so happy he likes me😆
Hello if you can make another video with sparring
I hope you produce more of these short “what if” videos. Very informative. I’m was a fanatical Kenpoist from high school 1980 through my 30’s but have been out of it. Now in my 50’s I’ve been getting back into it, but have forgotten many techniques (in part or full). Your Casa de Kenpo channel filled in a lot of gaps (as well as triggering my memory). Keep up the good work!
Have you even seen a real fight?
Awesome kenpo teacher very knowledge too.

love your style bro. you are very smooth with your movements
damn dude you are making a crazy snap sound with your speed. impressive stuff
I like this technique. I enjoy your videos, thank you.
People realize since the first UFC came out that this 1980's choreographed fighting is not realistic but its still entertaining
lol this 1980's choreographed fighting is so outdated and not realistic. Its amazing people still waist their time on this nonsense..
lol this 1980's choreographed fighting is so outdated and not realistic. Its amazing people still waist their time on this nonsense..
Tip of the week: Stop wasting time with this 1980's choreographed art that is not reality any more.
Very clear explanation. Thank you Mr. Serrano
Awesome kenpo teacher very knowledge 👏

I use to be a student of Daryl liner.back in 95.
Please please cross your feet in a fight, I wanna see how badly that does not work for ya. I love how this crap is predicated on the opponent A, stopping at 1 punch and B, that your weak ass strikes will have an intend effect, and C, the follow on technique is reliant on that weak ass technique having the desired effect. Weak sauce stop buying into this BS.
First of all, it's good to see you back on RUclips. I always enjoyed your take on the system. One question though, in the standard version of Five Storms in Form 7 we use the Frist blocking motion as a staggered universal block as the attacker steps in with a right kick followed by a right punch, but here you deleted that block and attack all together. Why?
Just a different take without the kick.I still start it with the universal block🙏thanks for watching and many blessings in your journey sir😎🤙
I'm excited to have found you guys again! Why the new channel name?
An extension of my thoughts and age does give new perspectives 😎
@@CasaDeKenpo4Life well I'm glad your back at it!
well thank you! I've learned a lot from your videos and continue to correct myself from them....

pretty cool flow! knife , stick, hand it all works!
Clearly this fantasy movie fighter never fought in the streets. You never can predict opponents moves. Especially when anger rage and agression is involved. Opponents move fast and in many ways towards You. Not how You imagin it to be in your head. And while a big element of fear adrenaline and uncertainty is involved You will and I repeat...a lot of what You trained for is out of the window. No fight is fought like this. In the street You fight differently. These guys withold punches but in real life they want to Hurt You. You as a fighter wont even stand that close. You know these guys so You feel comfortable to move and turn around like this. Without doubt and especially without fear. THAT is the biggest factor! Kenpo is wel meant but never works in the streets. To much movements. To much combo's. In street fighting you keep it simple, short and fast.
American Kenpo doesn’t work in the streets doesn’t work in the streets! It has worked for me. What you need to understand is the Kenpo techniques are not meant to be executed a,b,c. Each technique is comprised of various responses. Each technique is meant to be worked hard and often that your body may respond without having to mechanically attempt to use what you’ve learned. Much like shadow boxing. Whether Chinese or Western boxing. If you were trained in American Kenpo or one of the offshoot systems, and were’nt trained in the aforementioned “way”, it’s my opinion that you need to either find an instructor that will. Or retool what you have learned with that mindset.
Good concepts! Now add Jujutsu / Jujitsu and its complete 👍
I do have an extensive background in aiki jitsue, goshin ju jitsue, aikido and Bjj😎and I agree 100 percent🙏thank you for your support and God bless your journey 🤙
@@CasaDeKenpo4Life awesome! Train hard and be safe 🙏
Thank you! 👍 My instructor always said, never lose contact with the body. That's why it's called Kenpo jitsu!
who names these things?
I believe Ed Parker huk planas and tom Kelly
I can't even.
Well done Sir! OSU
🔥 always learn something new from you, brother
Gonna have to adapt this one for myself.
Lol...ya..that's not going to work
Any movement any idea any interpretation has value🙏and it’s a technique that gives open value to a master key of other ideas 😀one must then take apart and again tailor the value of what they choose to apply. But that only come when one is open to idea, interpretation and value!!!god bless you brother and thanks for your comment🙏🙏🙏
@CasaDeKenpo4Life your right ..the value is decent exercise..did you get that speech from the old show kung fu?
Brilliant!
Next belt brwn other level self defense techniques
Now try it on someone who isn't punching at 0.25x speed and standing still after each of your moves.
Hundred percent correct sir but even boxers need pads bags to understand there motion and interpretation 🙏and there is always value even in the most ridiculous technique 😎sad that the value of growth in interpretation isn’t respected enough in these time😞but blessings to you and your journey and I truly value the comment sir🙏🙏🙏
