Do you stream and record at the same time? You might really benefit from lowering the bitrate on both the audio and the video, as well as stream in 720p instead of 1080.

My experience is that most people talk in highly populated worlds. Normally I hang in 302, and easy to talk to people there :)

i would try and do some beginner quests or talk to the guide in lumby for some ideas on what to do to start out. looking forward to seeing more of these

Hot tip, get Runelite and goggle the best plug ins to add to your runelite account to make it alot more fun. like "quest helper, Bank tags, Menu Entry swapper, Stretch mode, Ground items for loot beams" It will make it so much more enjoyable :)
