I was born 08.05.1963 as an identical triplet in Chile. With 7 years we needed to flee the country because of political challenges. We continued our life journey in Germany where our grandmother, the mother of my mother gave as space to grow.
We were sooooo lucky to live in nature and we could all take a bath in safety.
After school we triplets studied music. Through that I realised how many people were traumatised and forced to play in perfection and the soul disappeared so often. With 26 I started my own Health Practitioner Practice in the North of Germany. While I was giving piano lessons, raising my two kids my practice became very full. After 20 years I had a calling to move with my triplet sisters to South Africa. Yes, that feels like being home. We are living in the wild and I give lots of trainings and Zoom sessions to inspire people to change. We all have the power to transform our trauma into an antifragile life style to raise the energy on this planet. As I'm an introvert I'm getting more extrovert the older I grow.
