Always living in David Phelps' shadow however if David had never existed Wes would perhaps be the best gospel tenor. IMO he is better than Ernie Haase anyway.. Keep it up Wes! BTW i have seen him hit a high D in 'When God dips His love' but he once said he can't sustain the High C#s ;Like Phelps can???!!

It's a good arrangement, but, actually, she is not extrememly talented when it comes to playing and it's really not very difficult what she's playing

I saw the Collingsworth Family a few years ago. By and far the best part was Kim on the piano. I love how she sings along as she plays. She' not performing...she's worshiping!!

I think she started out as a child playing by ear--not reading music. But she studied music in college, and even wrote and arranged for various vocal groups and choirs. I will say that someone born with the gift has a greater challenge trying to learn to read music. It's very difficult, because once you play through a song once, you can't help but use your ear to play it ... It is a small obstacle, considering the incredible gift God gave you!

It's a shame but most so called Christian women dress in mens pants and cut off all their hair shorter than the men do. You can tell yourself that it doesn't matter and as long as they are "reaching people" thats all that matters. If it doesn't line up with the Bible then its wrong. Remember that the Devil was the music minister in Heaven before he fell, don't you think he's still in music today?

The amazing thing about Kim Collingsworth, is that as my brother (who knows Phil & Kim PERSONALLY) told me, Kim isn't able to read sheet music.

It just doesn't get any better than this! And she plays to glorify our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Just want to ask you how many people have you bought to the lord lately, or how many people have you encouraged or saved from suicide, depressoin or trouble... Music is Gods arm in reaching the people so that ther hearts can hear him..All these artist reach the people for God and thats what matters the most. Its not what they look like that matters, its where there hearts are & if what they do Glorifys God, and helps his people. Plenty of my aunties & uncles dress like that & they relate to it:)

She is SO good! I mean i have listened to gospel piano for years and she is so tight, has great fingering..plus spunk! Wish she had more piano dittys on here!!!

My piano teacher would get so mad at her for moving on the bench like that. ;) It sounds great though.

This song, sung by the Collingsworth family, touches me...I play it over and over. It is so anointed and I am blessed by it.

The people involved with the Gaither Gatherings all worship our God. they all have their own special talents but they all praise God and bring us to the foot of the cross to understand that he his watching over all of us. What does it matter what we look like? He looks on our hearts and he will be our judge!

It's great to see some Holy looking Christians on the Gaither videos. Most of the people on there look like a bunch of worldly Jezebels. Glad to see some can still hold to God's standard of the Bible.

He is truly unbelieveable. I don't know of any other recordings such as this one. i keep telling him i want to make some videos of him playing and I do have a couple small clips. I will ask him if there are any others and if there are i will post it.
