I used the precision knife (triangular type) to cut the holes because it was easier to work with than the utility knife. And yes, I attached the zipper at the back side using Barge rubber cement. Barge brand is a little more expensive than the other brand, but it works so much better! The zipper stays on foam without peeling off even though I put on my helmet on and took off several times during the convention. 😃

@@krystalplush 😢I looked everywhere in my house, but I couldn't find that pattern. I must've thrown it away thinking I wasn't going to make another one. I remember making that pattern by hand drawing Gholdengo's head&body, top side of head (round piece), arm&hand, and tentacle looking things. All of them don't have specific measurements except the width of head has to match the radius of a round piece. Here are the measurements of completed plush. PLUSH - Height 12", width (head) 4" seam to seam, width (waist) 3.5", width (hip) 6", width (leg) 3.5", inseam 3", length (arm) 6", width (arm)1.25", length (tentacle) 6", width (tentacle) 1". TREASURE BOX - Height 2.5" x Width 2.75" x Depth 2.25". I hope it helps.

Thank you for the very kind comment 🥰💖 Like you said, when the lining and the outside layers are sewn together, the lining won't be pulled out when you take item out of the pouch😃 My only issue is that I can't do this on solid design fabric because the stitches could be visible on outside😅💦

Hi! I used the fitness board (3/8" thickness) for the base helmet and the foam sheet (2mm thickness) for the stripes. The round pieces on each side of helmet: large white circle piece=2mm, and small blue circle piece=3/8". For the weapon prop, I used 3/8" foam board mainly with 2mm foam sheet for outer layer decoration. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching my video :)
