There Is Actually A 'Secret' 3rd Tone Of The Thor Guard VOT, & It Is Called Emergency Alert. It Is Usually Used When There Is A Tornado, Severe Thunderstorms, Tornadic Thunderstorms, Etc. You Probably Get The Idea. So It Is Not Just The Red Alert Tone & The All Clear Tone.
