Opened it, made the hole bigger inserted the sensor plug and it is working fine. Good luck!
how come com 3 & 4 where you have single console connected ?

Removed the case and inserted the sensor but still doesnt work!!
ok restart your router and the problem goes away after making the plastic cover hole bigger
Malayalm Vedeos usefull
Use a small sharp scew driver to take off the plastic cover and drill the hole for the sensor to make it larger. The issue is the sensor isnt making full contact. You can test this by plugging in the sensor with the cover off and it will work!

It really works. Try it without the cover.
Mine same too. No data from my sensor.
OMG I pushed the 3.5mm jack further into the port and now it is working.
I Try open the case & plug the sensor deeper in the hole. Tralala I solved the problem :)

Thanks man. The case was preventing the sensor from going deeper to the hole. I increased the hole of the case with a knife and now it works.
Im also facing same. Did anyone find solution? I have changed sensor and still same issue
I purchased it from online so they send me a replacement (TH16 Without sensor).
You need ti drill the sensor hole a little bit more so that you can insert the plug fully and it will work
Found the same prob. Don’t know how to solve.
I believe there is no solution except changing the TH16, Make a video what you're facing with TH16 and send to them. (This video I make it as per the supplier request).
