Its been like a 1.5 year that i actibely started doing it. Evryone who knows is used to it now. Yes i am fighting medical system but i wished that close people to me never got used to it. After listening tl this panic voiced i finally understood how lonely i actually feel

I’ve SH’ed a couple of times, and since I play volleyball, I would just tell my parents that I got it from the floor, and it’d make me want to do it more. (I’m almost a year clean!!!!!Whooooo!!)

Hey! A kind reminder I want everyone to see: just cause you “broke your sobriety streak” doesn’t mean it’s all over, it’s perfectly okay to start over again. It’s okay to start over. Even if your 2 seconds clean or 5 days clean or 2 years clean all are important! Not cause of how long of being clean, but just being clean of it in general and even if ur not clean it’s okay! As long as you do ur best! At least ur still alive! That’s all that matters, do anything it takes to be clean, to be safe. Dw abt being “cringe” if it’s keeping you from danger then thats all that matters!

TW [Don’t read if bitting and cutting tiggers you]: This is a lil comforting, it’s highly rare I SH, instead of using items and leaving marks I now just bite myself? It has temporary marks as I dont do it too deep and I worry ppl won’t understand. =( I bit myself today and a while ago I gently dragged a needle against my skin, I didn’t leave a mark but I could feel slight pain. . So thank you for this video, it will help many. I usually SH my arms tho and not my thighs.

This reminds me of how my big sister would care for my cuts and scrapes when we were kids.

I cut after being clean for months and I told my bf. But he turned it on himself and a few hours later was like “should I do what you did?” And was acting like he was going to cut even though he hasn’t done anything like it and I was talking him through it even though I was the one who went to him after 4 days of debating on if I should even tell him. He made me feel guilty and i ended up feeling worse after that conversation rather than better But this audio made me feel better and made me feel like it wasn’t my fault and I don’t need to be guilty

Why can a demon that’s not even real comfort me better then my family?

I stopped cutting about two years ago but started again last year and it was so bad to the point where I made them deep and my parents found out so i went to therapy and now I found this video and it just made me cry

I know im late, but if anyone cares about my story i kinda wanna tell someone..i personally have never cut myself with a knife, but i do have some bad scars..they're on my arms and wrists. And if anyone had any tips for hiding scars on your forearms that would be helpful. I dont wanna go to a hospital. I dont want to be locked in there. It would only make it worse. Anyway, im sure if anyone's read this they're sick of how much i wrote so bye. Have a nice day/night/afternoon :(

I also want to thank you for your videos because they helped me to get rid of my sh addiction and I fell asleep so fast just from hearing your voice. I felt that I'm not lonely I want to hug you and cuddle you as long as you want to. Also, friend, don't play "someone has a worse situation" game. It won't make things better. Your problems and feelings also vital. I'm so glad that you appeared in this world and I don't want you to dissappear. Even if you dissappear somehow I will remember you. You won't leave my mind so easily, I swear Btw I also don't want to continue all of this. Maybe it's because I'm too pathetic to k1ll myself or it is because I want to see better days. I clicked on the video for fun and was about to do something stupid i had the knife at my throat when 4.19 came in the video that sentence crushed me, especially since I was about to end it all so when he asked Are u going to hurt yourself? I just froze because it felt so real
