By editing frame by frame using flipaclip, I've told the general layout for making new actions including the kick animation

This is great...the only thing im worried about is the time. 1 charector needs a whole day. Imagine if u have 10 Charectors per scene. It means the whole movie will take months and months But its worth it

How do I make my own character/Import custom 3D character models for it? ( I'm using it on PC btw )
I don't know much about plotagon pc version, but I doubt even Plotagon studio has the feature to import custom 3d models. You should check plotagon studio documentation or you can ask them directly through email, I am sure they will reply. If there is no feature like that in plotagon studio, you might want to consider using other software like blender
