Also there are brokers,who use tactics of sending goons to intimidate .and harass thats,when its best to report it immediately at the police station How cum u dont talk about these practices.?

When most brokers are dual brokers the seller loses out plus the brokers get regular business from builders so they side with builders and bring the price down as builders want it cheap .Ashutoshji why don’t u highlight the real underbelly …how there is a nexus between builders anbrokers and the fact how more than one broker is involved in many deals and how several brokers together try and control every deal in the area and that how when papers are to be scrutinised by some lawyers a cut is involved So its best to have your own lawyer n never depend on a broker only to do a deal Unless this sector is regularised with checks and balances it’s a very dark area with darker practices. Best to stick to international broker companies that are more transparent. N better to pay more commission I find it’s best to Never engage a dual broker who has only one interest making the maximum money he can for himself never having his clients interest to push the deal correctly.
