Model collection update January 2024
From base of track to flat part of roof how tall is it as well as outside of left track to the outside of the right track assuming it's a 50 scale.
I wish they kept the Demag name,
Very nice models
How much price
How much price boss
Where to find them?
😮😮😮❤❤❤
Poor review 🤡
The cylinders ruin the model. For that much money it should hold any pose without issue. My Cat 390F model, also made by DM, has very stiff cylinders. There's no way they didn't catch this during production. Which means they knowingly released a faulty product that costs over $200 in 2024. I appreciate the review though.
wow! Hello! He's so gorgeous! I will definitely order it. You need to find out who is doing the delivery . 🙂👍👍👍

Very nice Hitachi model and review. I also got mine through Ebay, and it's a very fine addition to my Hitachi collection. Unless I missed it in your review, did you mention that the engine cover on the top does open to reveal the engine. The two little metal handles can be used to open the cover. I've always wanted a short-tailswing Hitachi, and this one is a beautifully done piece. Thanks for the nice review!
Sure is a beautiful model. Cant wait for mine to show up. I heard you say you like the zero swing excavators and i didnt notice one in your collection but the new link belt 355 is an absolutely amazingly detailed zero swing excavator. Highly recommend it as i am also a fan of zero swing excavators as well. One i would love to find is the volvo ec235 that you have
I have seen that model and it looks really nice and detailed I am just not a huge link belt fan or a case fan so I am not sure if I will ever get it or not
I do have a question regarding another video of yours. Your collection update shows your lr1300 and mlc650 have biggie billboards on the boom. Would love to get some for a couple of my crawlers and was wondering if you could let me know where I might be able to got those.
Milo weiss at weiss brothers made them for me @@leehall2672
Awesome thank you
Anyone hear if any new Komatsu models coming out this year? I know there will be a pipe layer but I haven't heard of anything else. Wish someone would make a Komatsu track dump truck and a 300 haul truck.
No I haven't heard anything other than the pipe layer I don't think there will be much coming out this year with the economy being what it is right now
Getting a PC200-11. They have really good prices. Did you order urs directly from them?
No I got it off of a retailer from Japan off ebay
Where did you order the 1650 from?
3000 toys
How much exactly does the model weigh?
Nice review! I got the same crane in Mammoet colors and have it almost completed only the main hook is missing. Oh boy this will take ages… But it looks really satisfying once the reeving is done. This is my first big crawler crane model and the size is so impressive even without the extension kit. It makes my other models look so small haha. One day I will get the extension kit for this model because the bigger the better. But for now I have spent enough money on cranes 😂 Cheers!
Thank you it is a really nice crane model. For me the crane is tall enough. I doubt I will get the extension kit. Lol I am also done with buying cranes for a while, very every expensive.
I have the Sarens version I haven't put it together yet but I have opened it and inspected it. I have a few loose small bolts and I have a large bolt loose that I can't figure out where the hell it goes. I would like to get the extension kit but I don't think my ceiling height is tall enough to add it. Do you know the exact height of this model with and without the extension kit at all? Also loved how you said this crane is easy to put together. I haven't found one yet for me that was . I drop and scream F bombs for days trying to build these damn things. 😄 I keep telling myself this is the last damn crane I'm buying but I keep buying them . I must like torturing myself. Great collection by the way.
Lol thanks for the comment on the collection the crane stands about 6ft tall without extensions. I used to get frustrated with assembling crane models. You have to work on it in phases set a goal on what you are going to get done on it then walk away from it for the day. Especially when reeving if you start to get in frustration mode walk away and get back to it the next day.
Ever get the second bucket?
Ya I did, I called Ccm and they sent me out a new one.
Awesome looking model and great review. I need to jump on one. Dont care much for the LF jib, just looks weird to me, not bad on the lr11000 though. I think its funny imc made this model to be completely versatile and be able to be configured anyway but didnt include a ballast wagon lol. But the collection looks great
Thank you I put it in this configuration to have something different configuration wise. The jib on the of configuration is a bit short compared to the lr11000. I have to agree it is strange there is no wagon with this model.
Thanks for the review! Looks awesome
Not a problem enjoy!
Shall i call you Doctor Crane. Awesome model and models.
Cranedude07 gets that title lol and thanks enjoy!
Wow, that's some fleet there! You need a whole yard for all that plant there👌 Would like to get myself a cabinet to display all my construction replicas and this is an inspiration😊 Love all the Scrapers there👍 Thanks for posting!!
Thank you I am glad you like the collection I am blessed to have the collection I have. The display cases really make them look even nicer. Good luck with your collection!
I like this models . Amazing model diecast masters .
Looks like a killer model… did you ever make a review on the tadano 2800?
They are perfect
Where can i get the liebherr crane tower like can u send me a link or something please
Very impressive collection! I just recently got into collecting 1/50th Scale so I can create dioramas, I will be posting the diorama builds on my channel. What scale items are these? I am a new subscriber to your channel! Cheers Brian
Thank you most of my collection is all 1/50 scale with the exception of any of my Ccm models. Those are 1/48 which is slightly larger than 1/50.
Awesome collection update and glad to see the new additions! P.S....make room for at least one more larger bulldozer 😊
Thank you is there another large dozer besides the d10 comming out that you know of?
@@The690ELC yessir. Catalog will be announced shortly!
@@DiecastEmporium sounds good can't wait to see what kind of stuff they come out with this year
Good review & nice model! I have the NZG Liebherr HS 855 crane, & I am quite happy with its detail & functionality. You could probably attach a short length of thread between the boom (at around the mid length location of the boom) & clamshell bucket, to make a basic "tag line", which might help reduce the clamshell bucket oscillation. A recoil spool (attached to the boom, using some non permanent attachment method) with light spring force would be better, because it could pay out & pay in the "tag line" as needed, adjusting for clamshell position. I imagine the full scale slurry wall clamshell buckets must have some way to control bucket oscillation, & I suppose would use a tag line to do this, as with "conventional" clamshell buckets.
😮😮❤❤❤👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍
Can we see a review of the CC 2800?
Ya I will make one in a couple of days
I noticed that yer real machine vids show an 88 loading rock onto A expand. Are you on west coast? I am a collector and in Santa Cruz, Also noticed yer cranes were Bigge so thought I would ask! we have similar taste except I prefer older Cat iron. Cheers from Santa Cruz
Ya I am originally from San Luis Obispo CA so a lot of my vids and companies I like are based from there. I moved to Seattle Washington back in 2017 to become a tower crane operator. I would have to agree with you on the older cat Iron especially with the 90s early 2000's era cat equipment.
Nice collection
Just go get the real brochure man.
Great looking collection! Looks like my room haha. I'm slacking, I need the 1650, lr11000, and cc2800, also the link belt rt100 and at175. House bills and family just take all my money, but I may get the 1650 for Christmas. Have to wait and see though. Only bad thing about crane models, they take up alot of space and expensive.
Thank you I love my crane collection and all those models you just named are all fantastic like stated in the video I'm getting to the point where I'm running out of room so my crane collecting is probably going to slow down but we'll have to see what comes out next year
Get the foselev livery as theres a ugprade to the mainboom sheave Which is the deep groove
Love to see a video on how you move these models with out damaging the reeving . I have the 11200 but its still in the box like a lot of my large cranes because I'm not sure if I want to remodel the spare room or build a small addition on the house with taller ceilings. Once I build them I'm going to be nervous to move them if I need to for whatever reason. I definitely don't want to disassemble the cranes to move them I'm already nervous if I'm even going to be able to build them😁 Did you build all of these by yourself as well or do some need two people? I have a lot of the same cranes you have here. Great collection
Thank you if you are asking me on how I moved them from the old tables to the new ones. The big ones I slid from one set of tables to another then positioned them accordingly. The smaller ones I was able to grab and carry them and move them around. Most of the models I have reeved and assembled by myself. You learn tricks. For example with the lr11000 I assembled all the boom and reeved the a frame on the ground then I rested the boom on a chair and hooked up the pendants. Then I wound back on the gantry until it was at the boom angle I wanted. Some of the other ones like the tower crane I needed two people to make up the upper part to the tower.
Have you heard of any issue with the digging and rigging ltm1750 . I got one but when the boom is extended the 3 extensions have the paint chipped on each extention .wsi took it back and gave me a new one but that's the exact same
I have not but to be honest I don’t mess around with the model that much. I set it up in the configuration I like then leave it alone to minimize wear.
@@The690ELC iam the same but straight from the box the paint work is damaged one paint flake measured over 3cm long
Sorry to hear that I have not had any issues like that with mine at all.@@gertimmons5438
I have the Colonia 1750. Same issues on mine. Paint is really applied thin is the cause
For your edification, The First Gear Case 485 Miskin combo is a far superior model, ruclips.net/video/pv4BcQr8AKQ/видео.html
Those attachments fits the ccm 375 demo version excavator as well
Is MTS going to make models with rubber tracks and metal tracks next???
I have no idea they just released this model and nothing else has been announced. I would imagine they would probably wait and see how this model does sales wise before they commit financially to another model development.
I think you need help.. lol Kidding. Wow, really great collection.
Thank you I have been collecting for a long time to get it to this point
What's the max height on the 2800? Also do you know what the max height is with the extension kit? I plan on buying the Sarens version but I keep looking at the Tadano one as well. A tough decision Lol . One hell of a collection you have . I have no idea how you get to all of them to dust them 😄
The max height in my configuration that I have it in is 6ft 8in I do not have the extension kit when I bought this model there were no extensions available in the tadano colors or any of the other libraries except for mammoet so I don't know what you could have of the max height with extensions in it it is a great model though definitely the best Crane to come out this year I think it looks great and sudano colors I love the blue and the white the blue really pops with the wife and as far as dusting all my models I use an aerosol spray can and reach in there and just spray it all off
Thanks never thought about the spray can to dust these. I'm going to have to buy some of those
Can we get a review on the CC 2800?
Yeah I'll work on getting one made and posted in the next couple of days
@@The690ELC awesome! As far as the first IMC crawler crane goes, how does it hold up to NZG, Conrad, etc.?
@@benswoodshop1660 great model similar in quality to the weiss mlc650 or twh 18000 Nzg lr1600. If you have any of those three models.
@@The690ELC good to know. I have the Demag AC 220 and it is a decent model but definitely not as well built as a WSI. Feels a little bit chintzy and not as well built but overall has great detail
Wow, heck of an update. The 2800 looks really nice. Collection looks like mine haha. Looking good!
Thank you I don't think I'll have as many as you do but yeah the cc2800 is a super nice model definitely the best crawler to come out this year I would say in a way it's better than the LTM 1650 you have way more versatility in configurations and it's a bigger model
@The690ELC lol, your not too far off. I have a ton of mobile cranes though. You going to get the extension kit for the 2800? I'm waiting to see what other versions of it come out before I get one. I really want a plain white color one but I don't think that will happen as tadano is part of the demag brand now. But other than that, none that have come out really make me want to get it yet. On the other hand I have a small tadano collection going now so I don't know. Just don't like the tadano colors that much. Same thing with the lr11000. Hoping a spacex version comes out but I doubt it will. Also got a feeling kits will come out for it like luffer and Derrick kits. Hopefully a power boom kit comes out. Can only dream lol but Conrad finally did the boom booster so there's a chance a pboom could happen. If not, ycc might make it lol
@@cranedude07 I tried to order an extension kit when I bought the crane however none were available or even out yet Justin mammu colors I may or may not get it I'm not quite sure yet as far as the extensions go for the cc2800 I like the tadano colors the blue and the white really stands out and looks good I don't think they'll ever be a terrex White you could always paint it I would say though overall the cc2800 is way better than the LR 11000 and I'm not sure if they'll ever make a luffer or anything else for the alarm 11 thousand just because it is such a heavy model with the boom sections that already has mine is pretty wobbly at the base at the turntable with all the boom on it
I can´t really tell from the video, but I saw on pictures that the cabin sits not straight on the machine, it clearly seems to be higher in the front and not level with the ground... Is that the case on your version as well? Because if it is, that´s a major flaw for me... I really like the tires and the carry angle though.
Everything seems fine with the cabs on my loaders. They all seem to be straight, but I do like the bucket angle and tires as well.
Thanks for the review. I own the 1:87 version of these loaders, the 972 is my favorite and I thought about buying it, but now I know that the carry angle is disappointing, as well as the missing hydraulics... I also prefer teeth on the bucket, so for now I guess I won't buy it. Having 3 pretty similar models released at the same time is also not helping, I appriciate the differences between them, but it makes the decision harder. And to get all 3 is a bit too expensive for me, since I am generally not that interested in loaders, I rather spent my money on excavators and dump trucks...
I understand the differences on all three are very slight and they are expensive models but all models are expensive nowadays. Unfortunately I would recommend getting the 966 GC it is my favorite with the tires and the bucket, and it is different from all the other loaders. I like all equipment I know excavators seem to be the favorite for all collectors but I like to have a variety of different pieces of equipment in real life as well as in my model, collection
@@The690ELC Thanks for the tip with the 966gc, the tires on that loader are my favorite too. Only the 980/982xe seems to have even better ones. Yes all models got pretty expensive nowadays. Due to space limitation and also because I collect models in different scales, I am a bit more selective and try not to buy any model which might has some flaw on it which would catch my eye everytime I look on it... That is why I really appriciate people like you putting reviews on youtube. Makes the decision easier. My favorites are actually dump trucks in general, but there are a bit more good looking excavators available than trucks in 1:50 (totally opposite to 1:87 and 1:32) but yeah you right even my previous girlfriend who is not into the hobby at all preferred excavators, because "they at least can do something", lol.
Finally decided to actually buy the 395 ME. The model I got has stiff cylinders which hold up the boom without a problem. The panel doors are also not as skew as on many pictures, so I am pretty pleased with the purchase. One small thing I noticed you got wrong in the review is that you have to put bob in through the door, which can be opened and not through the roof like on older DM models...
I am glad you like the model it is my favorite diecast masters release so far this year. I cant wait for the gp version. As far as the operator goes i nver put them in there so i was just assuming thats how he went in there do to previous models.
Nice not bad just wish they would have made a track version. I haven't seen any wheel ones by me. I did see five of these on a housing development job but they were all tracked versions. I'm still old fashion I still like the old tractor scrapers give me a Deere 762B any day. Now that's a scraper someone needs to make😄 Nice review
Than you I am also a fan of conventional scrapers like 623,s etc. a tracked version would have been cool I have seen these types of scrapers pulled white a wheeled version. But it was with a case . From what I understand these are ideal for wetter soils, which would make sense since a regular scraper would just get stuck.
