Study Abroad In Japan: CIEE
Hey everyone! I decided to talk about my experience studying abroad in Tokyo Japan, and the program that I went with. When I was researching, to learn more about study abroad programs, I found that there were very few videos on the subject, so I felt that this might be a good video to make! Thanks for joining me!

Make sure to research which programs you study with. I have heard of some programs have relocated kids and put many Asian students in areas that had high hate crime rates. We shouldn’t support a program that supports anti-Asian hate. Please stop Asian hate! So please make sure to research before you go.

I’m going to university this fall. I plan on studying abroad my sophomore year for a full academic year. As long as I have a high GPA will I be likely to be accepted?

Oh...I have a frustrating experience. Not knowing where to begin or hitting a plateau can feel demoralizing and make it hard to hit the books and study like you know you should…Having friends from other cultures makes me more creative. In fresh ways about space and how people create their own world and environment. It is best way to connect between creative thinking and cross-cultural relationships

That is amazing I would love to hear more. When I did the Disney college program missing my family was one of the main reasons I came home so I completely understand the homesickness

I relate to this so much. I loved hearing about your methods.Method 1 used to work for me well when I used to do alot of acting and theatre at school but when I left school that was no longer an option and I didn't have that kind of propping me up.I completely agree with falling into the mentality of 'this is the way i am....' I am really interested to see what kinds of methods you use and how you discussed it with your family as I've always found it hard communicating and explaining to others who don't fully understand.

That was really interesting! I've read and heard about that method (😉) but never by someone it actually worked for so I've always had some hangups about it, which I now realize doesn't make a whole lot of sense cause I went to group therapy for my social anxiety and we acted out situations sometimes and it did help. Anyways, I was wondering about how you get into that "removing yourself from the situation" and "start acting" mindset? Sometimes I feel like my anxiety is so bad that I'll have a very hard time figuratively stepping back from the situation.

YES I relate to method 1 so much! I do a lot of music theatre and I don't feel so anxious about being in front of so many people because I'm not myself, I am my character (:

What are some other methods of coping do you use? Are there any in-the-moment methods you use to calm yourself? I know this is just the beginning of your channel do you'll likely answer this questions along the way. 😅 I just love hearing all the ways others work towards managing anxiety.

Teachers that feel the need to humiliate at student or even another teacher should not teach or be around people.

Unfortunately, it is. T-T The condition that I've researched, which seems to fit the issues I've faced, is called Telogen Effluvium. Pretty much it can cause excessive shedding and brittle hair; however, it is supposedly reversible (by getting one's stress under control). Thank you so much for watching! <3
