Personally I like that there wasn't any crazy breakdown from this chapter because from here on now you start a professor case - the case that is literally the crux of the whole game, the tone from here now on is more serious; when Naruhodo points out how much of a hypocrite Drebber is he just silently gives up, probably dissapointed in himself and Sithe tired of being complicit of covering up the case for a whole decade also finally gives up and has no more energy to argue. So that's why I aprecciate that there wasn't anything over the top - the somber and quiet breakdown if you can saycall it like that fits here well.
