    I've got a tip for you all, buy set of cheap shower-caps to cover your bowl, you can reuse them forever and they easily cover the fermenting dough! no fiddling with your plastic wrap again! Also, you don't rest your bread to keep it from molding, that won't happen so quickly, you do it because you don't want moisture to escape from your bread, keeping it fluffy and moist.

    I just made this recipe. Cut it in half because I didn't need two of them. Everything was going fine until husband called and told me we were going out for dinner 🥴. I was at the point where I had to shape the love and leave out to rise . Well I had to make a decision so I just pop it in the fridge to ferment overnight to bake it the next day ( like I've done with my regular sourdough bread ). I just took it out of the fridge and It didn't rise much (I'm so mad). I'll bake it anyway and see what it looks like. I'm not picky, I can always eat a flat bread 😄

    Just made tried this recipe and it was fantastic! (and very easy) Thanks for the technical tips & explanations. Only thing I improvised was no onions. IMHO, onions are too strong and, for my taste, dominate too much.

    The linked recipe page has pop-up ad , and Jump to recipe takes you right back to the top of the page with a new pop-up ad, and then the jump to recipe then crashes the page. This happens with too many websites now. Sigh.

I went looking for the recipe but as a person who struggles with extreme ADHD, I felt it overwhelming to read through your entire page when all I want is to follow the video and have the recipe easily available. I scrolled and scrolled and didn't find the recipe and to be honest, I don't want to spend the time to read your entire page. At this point it's easier for me to look for another video I can follow and that provides the recipe.     You need to break out the recipe ingredients so the baker knows how much of which ingredients go into each part. I’m an experienced baker but this recipe is impossible to follow without a lot of guess work. Even the video doesn’t explain this.

    What do I cook it at for it to be medium well? Also should I flip it while cooking?

      These are great questions. As far as flipping the roast, there really isn't a need for it. The best way to achieve medium-well is to use a meat thermometer. This is because a meat thermometer provides the most accurate way to monitor the internal temperature of the roast, ensuring it reaches the desired doneness without overcooking. Aim for an internal temperature of about 145-150°F (63-66°C) for medium-well. Let the roast rest for a few minutes after cooking, as the internal temperature will continue to rise slightly, bringing it to the perfect medium-well doneness. Happy cooking!

    What if i pan sear it; whats the oven time/temp then?

      When pan searing first I would just use 350℉ oven and cook to the desired temperature. It will take about 20-30 minutes.

    when i was in 7th grade the class made Peanut Butter popcorn in cooking class we was given a recipe that i used to make it for about 2 years later we made it like every other month tell the popcorn maker we had broke it was just old and when we made it told us to put the popcorn in the sauce pan and coat it then let it cool off before eating

    Looks great--love CC! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing

      @@dustinfonnesbeck9667 its in the link in the description. She did 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of water and bring to a boil. then add 2 cups of blueberries and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Let it simmer a little and boom. Hope this helps

    OK, never brazed ribs, and always put in small potatoes, and about 1/4 head of cabbage, so I will braze and keep everything else the same. Good luck, and thanks.....see yea. BB
