Nah I feel you though, I’m black and Mexican and I was always used to the more clean look especially with individuals and braids now Im locked up for almost 2 years I get the frizziness in front after like 1month of retwist sometimes I’m like damn I look rough but I do have moments when I like the raw look it’s sexy

I literally went loc style because my hair wouldn’t grow pass my ears to save my life , loced for 3 years , combed out now my hair is literally down my back with a new trim and silk press ..locs really are a cheat lol I’ve never had long hair in my life

Just combed mine out and my goodness 😳 I wasn’t expecting to have so much hair on my head. This is almost how my long hair was as a little girl. I looked like a troll doll 🤣. I’m trying my best retain this length I ended up with a Publix bag of hair. It’s so much hair that the bag handles look like they would snap. I used a huge bottle of salon conditioner, gloves, lots of water, and coconut oil to add slip. Took a little less than two weeks. I have a big undercut though so only had 80-ish locs.
