@@compdude551 what does that have to do with removing at most a $150 stump?
@@compdude551 $380 to rent for the weekend, took out 5 stumps that size and bigger just last weekend. Smaller stump grinders are $190 for the weekend.
@@FROG2000 So your point is that it's cheaper to rent the machine and do it yourself? Big surprise. When you call someone to do it, maybe you should pay him? And maybe you also have to pay for the second machine we see in the background that's collecting the chips, and the guy driving it? Maybe you should pay for the transport of those machines to your property and back? When you removed those 5 stumps, how much time did it take you? Including the time spent finding a rental, doing the paperwork, getting back home with the machine, doing the work, then going back to the place you rented it from, the time cleaning it, etc. I feel like I'm explaining life to a child.
Iff it were me I would have someone who knew what he was doing show this thing off

I use a 25% cancellation fee/liquidated damages clause in the contract, for tree removal, and don't take deposits on tree removal. I only take deposits on big landscaping jobs.

tOTAL IN EXPERENCE USIG THE MACHINE i HAVE DONE BETTER WITH MY 302 WITH TOOTH AND RIPPER! BUCKET ANGLE AND DISTANCE FROM STUMP IS REALLY STUPID!

Great question but no, not really. It’s not much of a hard wood but really more of a fibrous and stringy material.
