Building Your Tribe: Unleashing the Power of a Startup Wolfpack with Michael Devellano
I'm not a business myself, I'm a person. My name these days is a trademarked brand since 2020. Before then there wasn't really a reason to trademark my name. My trademark is a business my name is personal. I use my personal finances where I'm deciding to make acquisitions as a venture capitalist and Accredited Investor like what is being explained in this video.
"Shadow Puppets Limited, What A Shocker Inc and Rents Bank Inc does this in certain sections for their business models as well as leveraged buyouts. Those companies also use their money to invest where they don't want a middle man or intermediary or when they have enough capital to make purchases or acquisitions without outside parties." Andre Kent Jr
Loved this video. Learned a ton. Thank you, Todd!
thank you for this video sir
Happy New Year! Thank you for your help, sir!
Zero value clip. Absolutely nothing new or inspiring just like a failed VC
Another great interview with #AdamCoffey , All industries are the same, the process is the same....
Great. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for your support!
Of cause.
Thank you for your support. 🙌
Where can I find this full video
Thank you for asking. Here is the link, ruclips.net/video/txXzHIeZCyU/видео.html
Mr Li, you talked too, too, too fast 😮
Yes!! I’m the first! Big Fan of Adam Coffey! And JT!! 💪🏾💪🏾💡
How many more "like, like, like..." ?
Is he single ? A rare specimen of a gen X guy. Hope he stay out of politics better served in the private sector.
This interview reveals to us, S’poreans, how dynamic and brilliant HongYi is. No one should doubt HongYi’s capabilities just because he is the son of famous parents. This video should go viral amongst S’poreans. So proud of this young man! Plus he is very handsome !! HongYi, S’pore govt needs someone like you. If only we can clone you. Stay in SG!
Voice similar Mr Lee voice !!
So not true, especially if you’re building it to solve a major problem for specific demographic of people, and you have experience every problem that you’re solving
Hahahahahahahaha.....
Keep up the good work for Singapore🙏🙏👍
I like like like like
sounds Not Real with the word "LIKE" as conjunction through his talk. Like, Like,Like...
He clearly landed the job thanks to his father! The usual propaganda won't fool most Singaporeans today, except for a few here. I believe most Singaporeans recognize that there are plenty of others more capable of doing a better job. Clever marketing, though, to elevate the family’s reputation and push a political agenda, paving the way for a future in office after Lawrence Wong.
Got to know Li Hong Yi a lot more in this talk. Really nice to hear him speak so openly. In spite of his blood connection, he is true to himself and unafraid to acknowledge what needs to be improved on in SG gov, just like numerous gov in the world. I was under a certain impression of him based on hear say. now I know it's not true. And a good reminder for me to never form the opinion of a person based on what was said of the person.
Is he Lee hsien Loong son?
Gosh, didn’t know he looks that good
If the government does not function, a small country with limited resources will not functIon. You are on the correct path to aid digitalization in govt sector withfull compliance especially in the area of mitigating corruption risk.
Redeem SG is a wonderful technology breakthrough for SG govt. A compliant way of funding government grants to singaporeans. As a Singaporean, I am proud of it.
"like"
Copy, copy. 😅😅😅😅
"Quick, jump on the bandwagon before it's crowned" <- inner thoughts of most comments here
Li HongYi is a highly intelligent and capable person. He could have gone on to be successful with his own privatr company. Why would he want to return to Singapore and be working in the government? He just wants to serve the greater goods. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Inside his heart, he still wants to create the greatest impact for the society and the products he came out with is accessible by all regardless of their status. This is fundamentally different from having your company and have to be concerned with the profit margin and be answerable to the investors, thus coming out with a product that may only be accessible by a certain group. To the naysayers here, just try to find any singaporean who doesn't benefit from this fellow's hardwork. We all use the government apps from time to time. Life has become more convenient to all of us due to the innovation.
Intelligent
this is such good information. hard to find this kind of insight anywhere. thank you Shawn, Brian and algorithm man
Appreciate your support, sir!
Sadly, even the best talents in Singapore can't speak in English fluently. The country needs to restructure its education system, import more native speakers as teachers and ban people who can't speak good English from the national tvs.
He speaks fluently. You're crazy if you can't see that!
@ he doesn’t. Your low standard prevails
Awesome interesting info for business management 🔥impressive pod
Great share!

Okay so say you buy 5 companies making $1,000,000 each in earnings and you pay 5x earnings for each one… that’s 25,000,000 and earnings are 5,000,000… and then Adam says he sells for 14x earnings… but is 5,000,000 in earnings enough to sell at 14x earnings or does it need to be over 10,000,000 in earnings AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, Who is the buyer at 14x earnings? Given the first example of 5,000,000 in earnings after rolling up 5 companies (just for example say we don’t increase earnings at all) and it costs us 25,000,000 and then we sell for 14x that is 70,000,000 leaving you with 45,000,000 in profit just for combining 5 companies? Or maybe it needs to be 10 companies so double the story… is it really that easy to go from 5x earnings valuation to 14x earnings valuation???
i heard Adam say @4-5M Ebidta average 8+ multiple....@10M Ebitda 10-14 multiple.... Buyout private equity firms would be the buyers . When ebidta reaches 4m + that makes the business rare and special, and private equity firms would pay those higher multiples to acquire...
It's refreshing to hear people from outside the continent being so excited. It provides us, the youth, with a motivation that is lacking from our elders. Great interview.
Wow, very good video I would like to know how we can contact dream Vc, I am just asking as a curious imvestor
