Back at it again. SLOW winter day. Super blessed to even be able to be fishing in the winter so I can't complain however the bite was tough. We landed 7 total, Max got 4 and I got 3.

Cold-ish morning for us here in California. My buddy Max did good with about 10 or 11 fish for the day, I barely caught 3 but boy was I happy to land those. Tried a new method with the float n fly. I fished a trout tournament at that lake in 2003. I caught a four and a half lb. cutbow trout, and missed 1st place by a pound. 😦🏆
