Tip - drop box... it's already in your living room... It's great for moving things quickly between your mine storage and house and can stay until you have the time to disassemble. Your workbench gains storage after one of the upgrades and those things in the drop box can be moved there as you have time. Don't spend all your gas on the auto miners, you'll hate if you do that after you open the junkyard... better to farm berries/wood/guarana in the forest with any extra time. Wood especially for making things to sell to Nancy (I think). Get that forge up and running ASAP, melt stone to glass and iron to metal instead of buying it. Others have already commented about moving your water box down to where you need it, till you get the water tank. Crafting sometimes doesn't show up on upgrades for selling to Nancy, but you have those items in your house... you can disassemble them and rebuild them so the agent doesn't get sus to get the crafting option.

Canned goods/field rations can go in a cupboard, free up the fridge space. Store the water where you need it, or in the cupboard above the sink short term till your ready to go down to the plants. Also, pause the game while looking through menus/inventory/checking the selling, buying screen - you can get more done. The tailor pays more than the huntress but doesn't always buy what you have, it's a balancing game between needing more money or needing more trust... you can hold it for a day or two for extra cash if needed, same with gold. Once you unlock the larger cans from Sergei, it's $7 for 2 metal for the large can or $4x2 ($8) for 2 metal for the small can, always buy the big ones. For gourmet trust building, salt isn't too bad to buy and resell to him.

I know this video is fairly old, but... 1:35 - Wouldn't buying only the large cans be more efficient? You get 2 metal out of them and they only cost 7 per (as opposed to 8 for the same amount of the small cans). If you can buy the same amount of units, then the formula would be (NumberOfUnits) x (NumberOfCategories) x (ResourceRendered). That would net you 3 x 2 x 2 = 12 metal as opposed to 3 x 3 x 1 = 9. So it's more cost-effective AND you get more raw resources when done. Do the larger cans take more time to render per unit-resource into raw resources? 55:08 - Why don't you buy the book that gets you better prices? It seems like that would pay for itself pretty quickly.

I went in the Fort Observer with only 3 dried meat and 3 energy drinks while storing everything else in my trunk thinking it was an ambush of some sort. Lets just say that AI Boss Fight took alot longer than expected lol

I was taking the army crates back to base and putting them in place of the wooden boxes for more storage space. It wasn’t necessary at this points the game but was a nice touch
