Rest in power SKC
For those who dont understand the language, Wambali here is singing about the deer which panteth for water. Psalm 42 1 As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
2024 still loving it
Never get enough of this jam😘
A very powerful worship done by the legendary Wambali, keep resting well Mtebete
The saxophone 😊
This used to be my ringtone for 3 years straight, we miss him so much, continue resting in power Mtebete
Please add the lyrics on Spotify
This man was so underrated. His melodious n' goni / tumbuka fusion with blues and harmonious lyrics was a new genre . Never recognised by the sterile western music producers , envied by the african main stream For those of us who new him, and listen to his music. Big thumbs up! And until we listen to your music, you are not forgotten

Great music
I agree Rafaella :) I hope you sing the mantras yourself too, I do :)
He's the master You bless me every day
A lovely song indeed
Nice
What a beautifully arranged song, heavy and wonderfully articulated bass accompaniment, beautifully woven in artistic sax support and above all that strong unique charismatic voice of Wambali!! I really love his music and had the privilage on 2 occassions to attend his public "performances" when I lived in Lilongwe. Performance in quotes as I know he's really out there to preach and reach out to his listeners with the good news of Jesus Christ and not to "perform". Keep it up, hope we have another album from you soon.
Well said
for the love of good music thanks Wambali
kachingwee wa kachingwee nice
