    Question for you all. If I have 2 solar panels, which configuration charges the fastest - 1 panel in each port, 2 panels in parallel or 2 panels in series? (provided they don't exceed the 60voc)

      2 panels in series wont charge it faster, but it will charge slightly more since the voltage is sustained longer

    Total Wireless is now giving Visible some competetion. I have the 5G Home Internet Device for $35 a month because I have an active line as well. Speed is capped @ around 250mbps, and hotspot @ 5mbps as well. I've only used about 250GB per month so far in 1 month. This does receive 5GUW.

    I have the basic plan from Visible for about 3 years now, love it, pay $25 a month. Recently lost power during a hurricane for 2 weeks and my hotspot saved me! Can only connect one device at a time with the basic plan but for $25 I wasn't complaining! I had such a good experience I'm seriously considering canceling my real internet that I pay $60 a month for.

    Funny how in today's world that 600kbps is a non-starter less one is doing the most basic things yet in the 1990s it was a God send when I got my DSL line that pumped out 256kbps. Sad that just because data can move faster and the pipes are bigger for data that everyone steps up their websites to constantly hog up as much of that pipeline as possible. Today a typical home connection at 100Mb/s. Back in the 1990s again, when the company that I worked for got a T1 line, 1.5Mb/s, we thought we died and went to heaven. That pipe that is 1/65th the size of a slow / moderate home connection fed 50+ people the web, allowed outside sales folks to tunnel in to the database for keeping sales contacts and leads in, etc. Multiple people were streaming music, news, etc. tons of emails with attachments moving in and out all day long, etc.

    Is there an easy way to diagnose if a specific panel is not working as well as it should?

    • @TheModernNomad-us9gb
      @TheModernNomad-us9gb 2 месяца назад

      Yes! If you take a multimeter and check for voltage at each panel, that’s the easiest way to check if it’s working at all. If one doesn’t have any voltage, it isn’t making any power. If you can’t deduce anything from that, you can check all of their voltages on a very bright sunny day. If they’re all the same but 1 has a lower voltage, there is probably damage to a cell or multiple in that panel. Each cell inside contributes 3 volts to the system, so if they all read 20 volts and one reads 11 volts, then that one has multiple broken cells.

Not only do I enjoy your product review videos, but I also like to see your videos where you're talking about the things that are going on in your life, sort of like an online video diary. I wonder why some Mini-split company hasn’t moved forward on the outside unit form-factor yet? - A redesign of these units as roof top units on mobile platforms is “thing” they really need to consider. - The accomplishment of doing so would put that company in niche market, and be worth little extra they could charge.

However, I was Looking at another Company Acekool who Claims to have 10Year Warranty, Costs Only About $100 More. But I haven't Seen any Reviews Of them, They don't even have a Legit Website Showing their Mini Splits, That Means Certainly No Customer Service Or Support after the 30-60Day eBay Protection Period. So that Makes Me Skeptical. So, I'm thinking of getting this one, It's got a good warranty and Customer Service and If its a Reliable & Dependable Unit.
