Good Video. We all are affected with health issues, ourselves, our spouse, kids, family members, friends, workmates, and others. There is so many health issues today. I believe it mostly comes from shit food and how we eat. We all search for the correct way of eating but we just can't trust anything we hear anymore. My family went plant based for a while (few years). I have since flipped 180 and try to now focus on meats, shitton of eggs, and ton of salt. (sea salt). Seed oils, grains, sugar, alcohol are all poisons. Try to eliminate all processed food. My suggestion would be to research how to eat. The only problem is you we will find everything from carnivore to vegan. I have settled on the carnivore side of things. I still eat some plants but not alot. However your doctors will scold you. It is all really confusing. Trust your gut and don't worry about changing your mind and going a different dirrection. Sorry for all the rambling. Tough to put my thoughts into words. I'm in the same boat, but with a lot less subs, it's a learning curve and as long as we keep going and look to keep improving we will get there. Cheers
