Uzbekistan Big PLOV - Wedding Pilaf | Abhinav Dagar in Tashkent
During my journey to explore Uzbekistan I came across a place called Besh Quzon Pilaf Center which makes around 3000 kg PLOV (National Dish of Uzbekistan) and more than 18,000 people eat at this place every day. The giant preparation is a must watch and a must eat when in Tashkent.
