R & H Dirtworks is a full service landscaping business in the northeast. We do everything from property maintenance, excavation, hardscapes, to re-building our own trucks and equipment. The business is pretty young, I started in 2019 as a side hustle, and in 2024 completed our first year working in the business full time. I thought it would be valuable and interesting to document our journey on RUclips while enduring the ups and downs of growing a landscaping business from almost the beginning!

Leaf removal is a waste of time and money. The leaves help to protect the soil during freezing temperatures. They help enrich the soil. They also provide homes for insects and other small invertebrates during the cold months, increasing biodiversity.
To each there own, we do this as a business and most people want it done for aesthetic reasons.

Maybe you could add a strip of iron at the bottom of the fork to equalize it to the other? ( just above the bend on machine side of fork)! Just a thought?

Ive got two of these one skil one craftsman when i want to use them they won’t run it seems.
My one is faster...A simple solution is a hand filed chain(with love handfiled)...and a shorter Bar for those jobs.40 cm with a radical sharpening transforms every 460 into a Monster 😂😂😂😂😂

My friend Butch Soriano has the same chainsaw Mac 130 2-stroke but his was very hard to start and very Smokey and the Bar was very Brown and Rudy

This chainsaw has no auto oiler? Needs to be done manually from that lever?
I think he is setting the carburettor...
chain is automatically oiled, but can also oil extra manually with the lever. but i think here he is indeed adjusting the carb

You leaned it out too much. Your saw should 4 stroke when you lift it from the cut a bit and only 2 stroke under a full cut load.
