Is shiny meltan rare? I got one from the free encounters you get from event and then two from the one hour they give for the box. Best one was 520 CP but on 2* i still leveled it to only 3k cp because i didnt have much stardust lol. Question: is it better to level up at earlier stages or at fully evolved stage or doesnt matter?
Shiny Meltan is rare!!! It's very exclusive and is only available at certain times. As far as leveling up goes it doesn't matter what stage of evolution you power up. You'll still have the same result in the end

Really? Talonflame is good but I would definitely take Pidgeot, Skarmory and Mandibuzz, with my Ho-Oh finally coming back. I'm more or less keeping it to regular meta birds.
