she is so underated!

I lived in Mpls from 80-90, and Tony Bouza was the most hated chief of police possibly in Mpls history, he led his racist, sociopathic, homicidal, violent, homophobic force of terrorist police. His great hallmark was his policy of entrapment where his select cop would lay down on the sidewalk on Hennepin Ave downtown and fake being a drunk, with his wallet hanging out. Then when a drunk comes along he stiffs his wallet and is arrested for larceny theft. He boasts of this being his primary stategy. His police force hated him, the people of Mpls. were afraid of him and his deadly force. This man should be behind bars for crimes committed against the people of Mpls. After one of his officers threatens to feed me to his dog, I complain to Bouza in his office and he throws me out, says something stupid like 'don't get philisophical with me'. A most undignified, loud mouth elitist piece of ofjckjhkdfhv. But this fits compatibly with the worthless elitist prigs who were on the city council who hired him. Tyrannical, life destroying elitists. May they collectively freeze next winter.

i love this book

I recently Ran across some footage of Chief Bouza and ran a video of him from 1976. I used to be on the job and its leaders like him that give me faith in my fellow countrymen.
