@@urban1636 so i used him tonight, and not to spoil it, but he works really well, as explained to me in the official server, he doesnt have much to support or be supported, so hes good in a p2 spot as a secondary damager. i think i may transition to to using him after further testing

a big thing is to save for rebates to use items, a usual easy way at lower ends is to do the mt myoboku items, those help for a little while and are reletivitaly easy to get. also leveling all your ninjas and cultivating helps too.

no he isnt, hes just semi easy to get, he is really great for pvp.

The old one i noticed was great for countering gnw orochimaru, and with low power accounts they still could be sort of useful in gnw or db, because of t he dogs usability, now its not even worth using him. the chance to control is low if your low power, and i thought hed pair nicely with shark kisame bt, but even with the 30% increase right away, its not to noticeable of a increase on same to higher power people. i do wish they would revert sai back so hed be useful again.

yes, so to start, download the mini client, or play in browser, imo mini client is the better option. naruto.oasgames.com/en/articlelist/activity/all_version_mini_client_download register and all that then select your server, select a region that works best with your schedule, if your in West coast US do LA, east coast do NY.
