If you're packing your bags to move, then why only move a short distance? Might as well go overseas.
Cost. Exchange rate not favorable.....
Don't waste money on moving to the Cape - keep moving until Africa is far behind you. The entire continent is doomed.
Service delivery and a deteriorating infrastructure compounded by Eskom blackouts are the factors driving property prices down. Lets not forget the crime levels.
