Back in the day I was reading a lot of books, but actually aside of entertainment they are really useless. Information that you getting out of books is really outdated, and it hard to find if you looking for something exact. Why you need drive to library, waiting for them to get book you need, then look in that book for information you looking for. If when you have phone, you have all human knowledge on your fingertips, just Google it, search on some forums.

The best times of my life have been when I fully embraced the present moment in time, forgetting past anguish and avoided stressing about the future. Meditation helps clear our mind of daily to do lists for a moment in time. Life shouldn’t be a hamster wheel of going and going and going and stress and more stress and doing and doing more. The best is to relax, take it easy and leave some things to chance.
