I have never completed it, I go back to it every now and then, but it isn't really a relaxing game unless you just stay on the ranch and farm the slimes you have. It is a cute game, it is annoying that you lose everything in your inventory when you get knocked out.

@@veronicawilliamson8392 it isn't easy to get knocked out, most of the time it is me running out of energy, my fault for not keeping an eye on my energy levels. That is one of the reason I play with the tar slimes off, they hurt when they hit lol

So glad you are enjoying Farm Together. I only have the one farm on FT2 so far, I presume it will be the same as Farm Together. I will probably start another farm when the events are released.

@@MadameFlutterbi a another cozy game I like is cozy Grove. I like games that let you take ure time. I like games that have farming crafting exploration in it some fighting not alot. I'm 49 I'm getting to were I don't care for running and jumping around in games anymore. Like I did when I was young in my 18 and 20s. Then I like Spiro and donkey Kong games.

@@veronicawilliamson8392 I will look up Cozy Grove. I too like farming and crafting. I am not into fighting monsters but I do love Fortnite for some reason. The first game I ever played was Pong on a tv when I was a kid. If there is a game where monsters are around then I prefer to play on peaceful mode. Have you ever tried Survival Craft? It's like Minecraft but with real animals. You can play on peaceful, the animals are still there but do not attack unless you attack them. I might do a one off game of it for my random games playlist.

@@MadameFlutterbi no I never heard of servile craft? Is it on the switch? Another fun game I play is farm land. You do crops give it to the ppl to buy it. Ure farms get big. But there's only 4 worlds. Me I like it you get diamonds in the game for skins. But there's only 50 skins. If you know of any more games for switch let me know.

@@MadameFlutterbi ok I have 9 money trees. What is ure way of doing this? I keep slowly adding money trees as I get 5,000 diamonds. How many is enough? So far I understand that I just keep harvesting trees and crops and keep replanting them. I saw on one of my other farms as I planted crops and harvested them I saw that my money went up. I was like ahhh that's how I do it. Just seeing that now. Lol.

@@veronicawilliamson8392 I have bought around 27 so far on the starter farm, only because I need the diamonds to open up more land, once you are an established farm you tend to need less diamonds.

As many as you can afford. I usually start off in multiples of 9 if I can afford it, as that is how many the tractor can harvest, fish I usually do about 10, again if I can afford it, with the more expensive ones they get bought as I can afford them or if the quest calls for them then sometimes I get more money from the Pawn Shop so I can buy them. Trees the same as flowers in groups of 9. This is only for the items bought with coins, the ones with diamonds and medals are usually one or two at a time depending on the price. I used to do my trees in a grid that made them easier to harvest by season, but I lost my way on my main farm and messed it up a bit; on Farm Together 2 you can group them easily by fruit etc as all citrus are classed as lemons, etc. I agree it is a nice game just to play when you need something calming to do.

I'm just have fun and do my farms my way. I try too look up qs on Wikipedia page or watch others play the game. I'm having fun. I now have 7 farms. I can rename and recycle them as I wish. Or if I feel I don't like my farm I can delete it. Lol.

Going at your own pace is sensible. When I first started playing, I was rushing to get a big farm because everyone else had one, but now I just do what I want. I still have my first farm, and I would never delete it but I have deleted and recycled so many farms since I started.

@@MadameFlutterbi yep I too was rushing but after I recycled my farm opened another part. I looked at it and was like yikes! It's going to be humongous! Lol so slow and steady wins the race.

I should have used my tractor really, they reset into place when you leave the game, it happens a lot if you place unfenced animals on hills. I need to get fences or move them, still it made me giggle. Thanks for watching.

It's totally up to you, I just plant as many as I can in the space I want them to go, usually in multiples of 9 as that is the easiest to plant and harvest.

@@veronicawilliamson8392 I have small medium and large farms, I doubt I will do another full farm, my main farm is so big, I am not sure could or want to replicate that. I love my micro farm, one of each tree, two of each flower and a handful of animals and fish. Still not sure about my medium farm, it has been recycled so many times lol, I keep trying to like it, but don't go on it much. I am happy with my DLC farm which has all my DLC properties on. I still aim to make an orchard farm, which focuses on trees but no idea when I will do that.

You can only buy some event items during the event, the rainbow hibiscus will not be available again until the event comes round again. The events always come round again so you will be able to finish any unfinished ones when they next come round.

I liked My Time at Portia, there is also My Time at Sandrock, I haven't played that one but it looks good. They are story based. I too have so many games. House Flipper is another one I play a lot. Although I haven't bought it, The Tenants is a nice game it's not farming it is taking care of buildings as a Landlord and moving tenants in and making repairs. I played the demo and it was fun. Power wash Simulator is fun if you like cleaning stuff. I might do one off vids on all of the cosy games I have, as some are no longer installed as I finished them a while ago.

@@veronicawilliamson8392 the only thing I didn't like about Portia was the marrying thing, I don't like games that have that story route. I never did it but the game kept pushing me too so I went out for one date and after that it didn't seem to push me to do it to much. Have you ever tried Slime Rancher? I haven't tried the second one but the first one was fun. Fresh Start Cleaning Simulator and No Place Like Home are another couple that are ok.

Harvest flowers as much as you can, they give lots of money plus the golden nuggets you get can be exchanged for cash at the Pawn Shop. You have got a lot of time left on the event, plant on your other farms you have too it will count towards the total.

@@veronicawilliamson8392 yes, flowers and fish tend to give the most money, and some crops give a good return, the trees give less until you level them up, the more you level things up the more money they give you.

I do love the clock, it is probably one of my most used decorations from an event.

I might do a pottering around my main farm vid soon, or maybe a stream.

Farm Together has so much more than FT2 at the moment. The Cog Festival starts in a few days so even more flowers and items to get.

I am the same at the moment, I prefer Farm Together, but I suppose Farm Together had problems at the beginning too. I hope they do Events on FT2 when it is a complete game, that is what kept me playing Farm Together OG for so long.

I decorate when I get enough money/diamonds to spare. I find I move stuff around all the time when starting, even now on my main farm I occasionally move things around. As for FT2, I like it, but will be glad when it is a full game and the bugs are all ironed out. If you think you will like FT2 then buying it while it is in Early Access it is slightly cheaper than it will be when it has been released in full.

I did do a short bit on some of the buildings but only offered my opinions, and didn't give any cool down periods etc unless I read them off the description. I only offered personal opinions and put a link to a Wiki page in the description that could be helpful. @@veronicawilliamson8392 yes the switching got really annoying, it makes it worse that it is not in a long hot bar so unless you open the circle bit you can't see what order they are in. I am going to add some time stamps so people can instantly go to the bit where I realise I have been an idiot and not seen the city, it is a long way in lol. The one good thing is it can be a multiplayer game, so I might play it with others, but it is too expensive for me for a game I am not sure if I would continue playing.

I know at the time obviously she was devastated but it's one of those memories we can laugh about now.

Yes I have the garage now, although I am not keen on the amount of fuel the tractor holds compared with Farm Together OG. How are you liking the game?

I just put all of one type together usually because they eat the same food so no need to spend more than usual on food. You play the game your way, no one has the right way or wrong way of doing things, some farms I visit have animals scattered all over the farms, I prefer all my animals together in separate pens (maybe that's what you meant), it is just preference. On my micro farm all the animals are at one end and all the flowers at the other lol, it depends how I want to organise the farm. You will find that as the farm expands you will decide to move things because you want a different layout as you have more space. You do it your way, if it makes you happy do it. With FT2 I am out of my comfort zone. Even though it is mainly the same game, I know it could change at any time so I am not going all out decorating etc just yet, plus the decorations are really expensive compared to Farm Together. I am so glad you are enjoying the game and glad my videos can help.

When I get everything unlocked then I can recycle and just mess around as I want. Yes I at one time put all my cows togeather then I was like I don't know so I separated them. But all my chickens are still togeather. Lol so I'm just play around. I think I'm keep all the pigs chickens all togeather. I love watching how you work on ure farms. These farms could be unlimited on how we make them.

@@veronicawilliamson8392 no limit to your imagination, I look at it in the the same way I did animal crossing, you move stuff till you like it. It's just a shame you can't store things on FT, it would be much better than recycling all the time and buying again later.

@@MadameFlutterbi yes very true. Oh I have a q? The flowers for this quest the timed one. The bouquet of flowers you put down after the quest will I be able to get them? Or no. I put some in a planter so not sure if they will stay. I have animal crossing on my switch but hardly play it. I'm trying to play Disney dream light valley. There's sooo much to do in that game as well.

@@veronicawilliamson8392 Once the event is over the flower bouquets will not be able to be planted, however if you used a planter it is counted as a fake flower as you cannot harvest it and they will be able to be chosen for planters whenever you want. I use planters all the time in my event section on my farm so I can display the crop needed for the festivals. I refused to buy Disney Dream Light as they went back on their word and decided not to roll it out for free. I play Animal Crossing every day and have done near enough since it came out and I still haven't completed the Museum lol. Farm Together is one of those once in a blue moon games that gives you lots to do and can't be completed in a few days.

The Celery Pack (Circus Theme) and the Chickpea Pack (Castle) are my favourites. I do like all of them in their own way. Luckily the events will give you lots of Christmas and Halloween stuff when they roll around. I have a DLC farm with all my DLC packs, that was fun to put together plus it came in handy for my DLC videos. Glad you are having fun. I would keep it, it will come in handy for future events so you can plant more event crops/trees, I have 6 farms on the go and it doesn't cost you anything to have them. It's up to you though, but if that is your first farm that you are deleting because you are not happy with it, maybe recycle instead, you will get most back that you put into it money and diamond wise and you can start again using that money etc to do what you want, if you delete it you get nothing back. I like flat farms too, but would never delete my main farm which was the first one I ever made, just because I spent so much time on it. I recycle all the time though.

@@MadameFlutterbi ok I will I renamed it quest farm. The rest of the farms I make will be flat farms. I don't like the default one cause too much stuff in the way pluse you got to go around stuff. And you can't take stuff out. Ty for ure help. Ure a great friend.

@@veronicawilliamson8392 You won't like Farm Together 2 then, they do not have a flat farm option, well not yet anyway, I suppose as it is in early access they might add it at a later date. I do agree that the hills get annoying, but I tended to make features out of them, but even now on my main farm I want to move things around all the time, most of my hills have the fake houses with little gardens on them, or the windmills. The flat fields that you unlock at the edges of the farm I save for trees, flowers and crops, but obviously it can take a while to unlock those. Glad I can help. 😃

I am in the UK, I am not sure what country you are in but if it helps I usually go on around 5am GMT and sometimes later in the afternoon, in fact I am about to go on now to try to earn diamonds for Coconut Farm to level up the house.

Your farm is higher than Coconut farm now. Keep harvesting that is the only tip I can give, you could open another farm to help you out so you can harvest there too, it does count towards the total. I have a video that gives details on the items you can get at the Blossom Festival, but you may find the Wiki fandom page helpful, sometimes there are small errors on the page, but it is a good resource. farmtogether.fandom.com/wiki/Farm_Together_Wiki there are small tabs along the top saying Farm, Customisation etc where you can navigate to the thing that you need. I work round the hills with no problem most of the time, but in FT2 you know that a lot of it will be flattened when I unlock the terraforming lol

If you have a Pawn Shop (it costs 5 medals to buy) you can spend gold nuggets on wheat and most other things you may need. The gold nuggets are obtained when you harvest some things, you may hear a little tinkle sound, and that will mean you got a gold nugget. You can also place silo's and buy wheat but I find that way a bit costly when you are first starting out. Thanks for watching and I hope this helps.

I say tickets when I mean medals a lot, the orange tickets are earned in the houses cooking, painting and playing the piano (you can put down two cookers and one each of the easel and piano). The pink medals are earned from quests and some in house chores when you unlock them. Thanks for watching and for such kind comments.
