I have a response for you to consider if someone says, “I’ve been doing this before you were born!” In reference to what GOD says, “The Word of The Almighty supersedes that! People have a tendency to think that because their parents grew up on certain foods that they are good! Generational poverty can be a factor in the past but not now when knowledge is everywhere! All you have to do is study! Some of the most common illnesses are attributed to our diet. Eating lots of starchy foods is a recipe for diabetes and other health issues. In a land where fruits are abundant and food is varied, the waters are filled with seafood and vegetables are often homegrown. What then is the problem? That’s the question. The answer; I find, is to follow the prescribed guidelines for the food you should eat. This is a formula for healthy eating! Why then would one who claims to be obedient to GOD then disobey the very prescription for the dwelling place in your temple (your body). I’m very imaginative and can just imagine what it must appear in the atmosphere of praise or prayer when you have polluted your temple. Just remember the detailed preparation of the priests who entered the Holy of Holies: The representation of the bells and the rope around the waist. These were prescribed by GOD! Even the fabric that was worn by the individual was of a particular quality and fabric. Perhaps I’m going off the point but try to be mindful of the temptation to make food your stumbling block. For those growing locks, the focus should always be GOD first! Consecrated as in Numbers 6, Jeremiah & Leviticus. I’ve heard you complain about your back, feet and headaches. These can be related to your diet. Also, Mother Tinglin appears to have a heart condition that causes her to be short of breath. She would benefit from some Irish Moss with fruit blended. Fish soup and ginger and garlic for circulation and energy. Any changes to your diet should be done in conjunction with a consultation with your pharmacy or adequate research to ensure that the medication you are prescribed is not harmful to you in conjunction with the introduction of new herbs or dietary changes. Lastly, there’s a woman in your congregation who appears to have Myasthenia Gravis. She would benefit from taking multivitamins and collagen peptides supplements to build her muscle and general constitution. Lots of fish and chicken soup for building up strength and stamina is also a quick way to improve your general health. Your wife will probably benefit from this too! I’m a slim female who is very active! These are measures that I take to keep up with my daily routine. Anyway, I hope these tips help you to keep strong! I’m watching! GOD Bless!

A word to the wise… be careful with what you choose to prioritize. You cannot justify something that GOD calls an abomination and compare it with the medicinal herb that is being prescribed throughout the world and generating billions of dollars that could be utilized to help the people who are not only used as the iconic symbol and advertisement for their capitalistic approach to what is obviously a natural remedy for a plethora of conditions but that is also a fundamental part of our meditation. You are still very young. In fact, you are in my youngest son’s generation; however, my hope for you is that you maintain your zeal for GOD & your love for Zion. Your exuberance makes me feel like there’s still hope for the future generations. Your travels will be an opportunity for you to see more of the world but also to know that you’re at home with your family. My advice to you is not to follow the same path as the other people who are online (only) but pray that your understanding will be enlightened by hearing the Word directly from the scripture; without additional commentary from the orator. This way, the Holy Spirit will show you the truth and the way. Those truths will come back to you in your moments of need and strengthen your Faith. Believe me when I say that I love GOD with all my heart and know that I’m created for a purpose. My experience in the medical field has extended beyond three decades); and there’s a lot of knowledge that I have accumulated over the years by working with some of the best doctors in the United States. My position has always been one in which I was able to read and learn from the best medical professionals that specialize in various aspects of health care. I’m hoping that my grandmothers will continue to be remembered for their contributions to the tradition of holiness and traditional family values. GOD Bless you! Take care!

I’ve been watching the videos since about March of this year. Symbolic in many respects because I accompanied my family to St Thomas as a child to hear my dad preach. We were coming from The NYCOG in New Haven, Jamaica at the time. My grandmother was an original Zion native of the McKoy, Clarendon district. I’m on the fence about the future of my contribution to this ministry although I feel led to be of some sort of assistance. My grandmother on my dad’s side was a Taino and my mother’s mother was African Jamaican. I took the features of both with my locks down to my waist. My journey as a pilgrim to discover my identity has led me to you. The female with the goiters on her neck is suffering from an iodine deficiency that can be resolved by using Irish Moss blended with fruits. She should also have a potassium rich diet for hypertension. She should maintain her blood sugar levels by snacking throughout the day. Even if it is a piece of fruit or a few crackers between meals and she should see results in a few weeks. It’s an endocrine disorder that appears to be hyperthyroidism. She can get her blood drawn for the tests to see what her TSH T3 & T4 levels are. Possibly a diagnosis of diabetes or related endocrine disorder. Once she is diagnosed she can take care of herself properly. GOD Bless your ministry, your family and your friends. “My people perish from lack of knowledge…”
