This is the most impressive build I have ever seen of sanctuary and I can never come anywhere near as good as you. But how did you merge certain items like the counter and shops?

3:48 - I have tried many times to place balls & cues on a pool table like this. Whether I place them with build mode, or just drop them out of my inventory, they always end up on the floor, or even in different rooms! Anyone got it figured out? The problem seems to occur when I leave the area & then return.

And I thought I was a best settlement builder in Fallout 4 by building a tiny shack😑

So, might anyone (perhaps even OP) be able to tell me how the F OP managed to roof the workshop that he built above the Sole Survivors house? I can't seem to fit a roof on it since apparently it's higher than the building cap height of Sanctuary.

I'm freaking out because I built a fountain with lights at my nordhagen beach just like you did before seeing it done anywhere.
