I appreciate that this may seem like we are avoiding the details, but it is not a sinister reason, we just do not want to put specific prices in print as they vary between different properties and communities and are changeable, so for others selling their homes we do not want to create a go-to price point as there are so many variants. What we can tell you is that community fees on this community start from approx 100 euro per month, and if you do want to discuss this more and understand all of the fees for all different property types, then one of our team can connect with you by phone call or by email.
