Nice! 😊
Macramé! I went through a time where I was totally immersed in it. Thank you for sharing. 😊
@@debbieward-crochet me too!
Congratulations on a successful market. 😊 Thank you for sharing.
I love the colour combination of the market bag you made for yourself.
@@nikkikey3027 thank you! It’s super fun!
Omg highly recc a yarn winder for deflated skeins fo’sure!! They stack better for storage too. (I’m centre and outer pull, especially for double stranded projects I use both ends together)
@@chaosaunty I am too! There are some yarns that are great for centre pull (like cotton) but the yarn I used for the beanies was not it hahahaha
@ ohhhh it’s worth caking those kinds of yarn in my experience! But yessss. Totally worth getting a winder, and it could be a fun little activity for the littles too 👀
I would love to see more macramé. I luv those little key chains! Your work is very professional looking and your mother's shaw is amazing!!
@@janabennett1434 thank you so much! I’ll definitely do more macrame content in the new year :)
The mountain lion looks great!! Well done ♥ I vote orange dinosaur with red spikes 🧡 So proud of you with your Etsy orders!!! What a great feeling 🥹 the shawl looks STUNNINGGGGG too! I love seeing you do macrame - I'm glad you still work on it - the OG! It's been lovely spending my lunchtime 'with you' watching this hehe xx
@@HeyItsMelB thank you lovely! I think you’re right about orange/red Dino 🦖 yay I’m glad you enjoyed the macrame, I’ll have to do more on YT next year. Hehe I’ll be crocheting with you tonight when you share your vlogmas!

THIS IS US hehehe
$6o is very reasonable! Nothing to worry about there. Glad your second crochet market went well :)
@@tiffanysamson326 thanks lovely! I thought it was very reasonable too!
Some people just don't understand the value of handmade items and paying creators their worth. I think your pricing is very fair - and on par with mine ♥ Thanks for another great vlog!
@@HeyItsMelB I agree! They’ve probably never crocheted and have no idea how long it takes haha
I love seeing your prices as they are on par with mine and it's reassuring to me that I'm asking reasonable prices. I price my items taking into account materials and time but I still question myself sometimes, when in reality I probably am still not paying myself the minimum wage per hour. I understand that for some people they don't want to pay that much for a toy and that's okay. But if I go any lower it's just not viable. Anyway, enough of my rambling, thanks for another great vlog.
@@pepsi33381 oh yay it’s good to hear other people pricing like me! I charge $20 an hour plus materials, it’s definitely still below minimum age haha. Lucky we love what we do! Definitely not rambling, thank you so much for leaving a comment! ❤️
I love seeing all your makes! The peppermint cow is so sweeeeeet
@@HeyItsMelB hehe thank you! It’s such a good pattern, lots of different cute cows!
it makes sense your mystery boxes sold out quick, they were adooooorable!!! congrats on the market!!
@@marynalucchesi5600 thank you so much! ☺️
Since you do crochet and macrame, you can call yourself a textile artist! Much fancier than just a crocheter <3 Also I like your moons and dachshund, haven't seen those before!
@@evaempress that’s very true! Thank you so much ☺️☺️
So good to find an Aussie crochet RUclipsr! Haha With the expansive items, my most expansive item is the Henri Horse pattern by Virkat av Sofie for $85 and they are the very first thing to sell every single time I bring them to a market it’s amazing!
I have started embroidering eyes on my toys too, it's nice to have some options for younger children. I actually prefer the way it looks on some of my plushies, Great Vlog! I hope you have a great market.
@@pepsi33381 I absolutely agree! I think they look super cute and unique. Going to be doing it to the majority of my plushies now :)
Super great video lots of great tips
@@chantellebergan591 thank you :)
Hi! So you stopped doing macrame?
@@nefertitiben hey! I do a little bit of macrame still but mostly crochet :)
My hometown is Bowral, not to far from Camden on the old highway, I could smell the beautiful fresh air ( I live in Brisbane and miss the Southern Highland a lot) The dragons are such a lovely pattern to make and I love their colours. I love outdoor markets but hate the setup because I do the markets alone which yeah I don’t eat until after & only drink a little of water, sometimes I buy biscuits from fellow stallies and have one and take the rest home for hubby. Indoor markets are the best for me and I look forward to seeing you do more markets
@@MystLily Bowral is beautiful! I totally agree, indoor markets are much nicer! No sunburn, no tent, much more chill haha. I also love to buy food from other stall holders however I’m vegan and there wasn’t many options for me (which is totally fair!)
@@MystLily and thank you so much for your support! ❤️
I love your vibe! You seem super cool and down to earth. Congrats at your market!
@@Riana.Crochets aww thank you so much, that’s so kind of you to say! ❤️

Same! 😂
@@Jean-dk2xl there are tonnes of other gorgeous frog patterns out there to make instead!

Glad to see you enjoyed yourself and the market went so well! Thanks for answering my question too, very helpful :)
@@tiffanysamson326 no worries!
i love all your things they look beautiful, may i ask how much you charged for the Dachshund? Many thanks x
@@bittyboohoo1 thank you! I charged $80 for it as it took 4 hours to make! ☺️
