PARTICULAR MENTION TO CONCIERGE PATRICK. PLUS PRAISE & THANKS TO LESLEY, THE LOVELY LADY WHO SEEMS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER WE'VE EVER MET! SHE EVEN DRIVES GUESTS INTO TOWN IN THE HOTEL'S OWN EYE CATCHING BENTLEY! My sister & I shared the Lake Suite Room in April 2023. Our daughters each had their own rooms not far from our Suite. So it was nice for them to visit us & share Room service oñ our first night. The Japanese style restaurant was a new experience for us where the waiter kindly explained tĥe routine. Daytimes were spent in the treatment spa and pools area. We were advisedt to have any oil based treatments after using the pools, Jacuzzis etc so the benefits of essential oils would continue to work deep into our muscles and skin overnight. The Lake view suite has a super comfy bed. 6ft wide so we didn't disturb each other. Hot Tub is hot all the time. Small balcony with bistro table & 2chairs. We had room service 1 night. The Spa has everything in tranquil low lighting. All you'd expect & more. Reception team is VERY Helpful. Lovely Leslie will drop you off in town in the gorgeous Bentley at no charge. We stayed 3 days & we're all returning this year on 18th April for another 3 days. Once again my sister & I have booked the Lake view suite with hot tub. This Suite AND MOST rooms have an electric kettle plus lots of complimentary choices of drink sachets; hot choc' various teas & coffees. A hairdryer, ironing board & iron. Small complimentary pack of Kendal mint choc bars. Towelling robes & slippers for use during your stay. ELEMIS Soap, shampoo & conditioner. The Lake Side suite has a bath with overhead shower. Vanity unit sink & toilet. The lounge area has real leather corner sofas, coffee tables' huge 40"t.v & floor lamps. Wander to the outdoor terrace with comfy seating. We've been fortunate to stay at many spa's in the UK but, without doubt, this Lakeland Spa Hotel takes some beating. All 4 of us 'girls' went for our 40th, 50th, 60th & 70th birthdays! Our booking for April '24 says it all 🎉🎉

what's the deal with the connecting doors on the balcony??? thats crazy privacy invasion. I want the wall completely extended to the rail. Also don't want to be seen from the look out above.
