Desert Green Community Association in the Painted Desert Community rumor is management told H.O.A. members and president that we had to do this for government mandates. However, they called a special meeting where no homeowners were in attendance and then started dismantling our private owned yards and properties. It also appears they signed a document claiming the ownership of our homes and gave an easement to our properties to the water authorities. If the issue was water the homeowners should have been properly notified and given a choice to water their own yards by upgrading the sprinkler system before dismantlement and poisoning of our landscaping.
