@0orset haha yes he can! they have microphones set up at the edge of the stage pointing towards the audience. it picks up a lot. then it is fed to the band in their earpieces so they could hear everyone's reactions. clever!

I think I'm too old fashioned, because when I pay for a ticket, I listen raptly, and clap and hoot like crazy when the song is OVER. Sigh...I hope when I finally see him in person in Atlanta on Nov. 23, I can hear him, too. I know, I'm just dreaming.
