@@worldslocal I'm not defending anyone here. Yet it also depends how many hands are involved in a product's sale. For example, Halal Chicken requires a human to cut it manually and cleaning process and other included do require humans who are paid by it. Coffee's overheads are already paid when it arrives at selling point (Dubai in your case.) The paying gap between areas are also a big factor.

@@worldslocal can't Annalise businesses of the products accurately that have high expiration rates and a budget increasing day by day due to it's preservation process.

But always there are other factors like staffing , packaging , rent of location, interiors many factors so we can’t judge a business EBIDTA upon just raw materials cost
