It’s not bad compared to Americans!! I watched this probably at 12 years old growing up and now again watching it at 23 I’m always so amazed and proud of everyone!! Having a partner being Tongan I understand there food is there world, after meeting my partner having after t 6 years later my kids beg me for the Healthy food all day long…. My partner loves it when his family brings him his islander food but when they leave he talks about how big they are and I explain to him it’s the food and what I feed you compared to what they eat daily is different and it’s why you and our kids are as healthy as you are..
