If you have GOOD habits then just remain as you are and build off that. You know what they say with that old MOTTO just stick to what you know.

If you have a BAD habit then kick the habit before that bad habit kicks you.

They say OLD habits die hard.

Here's my point about this video is that you've got to TAKE THE ROUGH WITH THE SMOOTH in this life and it's like they say at times because it's not all plain sailing ⛵.

On CARE whatever or whoever CARES about you simply because you clearly know that they're for you.

It gets WORSE before it gets BETTER or it will be far more worse before it gets any better. It's just by NATURE one of life's tests through the struggles in life.

Disappointments are just mere SET BACKS to getting to where you wanna go and be in life as it is in achieving goals. But remember the OLD MOTTO everything comes to those who wait and slow and steady ALWAYS wins the race. Rushing to get there is POINTLESS because when you rush that's where you make mistakes and that's how accidents occur.

Pain it goes with the territory just as Death is a part of Life and there's ALWAYS a consequence for every choice that you make and every step that you take in life.

Thank you so very much for all you have done Mr. Washington your willingness to be helpful and supportive for all of us who have been able to listen to your beautiful words , I have had more challenges in my life than I could even count and when feeling Exhausted psychically , emotionally and spiritually there comes a time where sitting down rather than taking one more step feels to be the safest option , but in the midst of the darkness i try to find the small light of Hope , and focusing on that small yet powerful light I feel that somehow I can find my way out of the darkness . so I do my very best to search for that small light first thing in the morning and also at the end of the day because I know that Hope is a true Miracle .
