    • @michaelarchangel1163
      @michaelarchangel1163 Год назад

      That's the reserve tank. I have a Suzuki but when you do a coolant change, add the recommended amount of coolant to the radiator and run the engine several times, making sure all the air has bled out of the system. There may be a bleed screw on a casing somewhere, and you can also swing the bike from side to side, making sure you do this with the radiator cap fitted ! When the engine is totally cold again, check that the level in the reserve tank is between the lower and upper level. Add enough coolant to the reserve tank {Engine Ice, in your case} to bring the level up to that point. If you accidentally put in a little too much, you can draw some off with a syringe. Reserve tanks on most bikes are pretty small. Just keep an eye on the level there from time to time. Best regards from Wales, UK.

    Change the Master Cylinder for an R1 MC (Brembo from Factory) or ZX6R MC, ZX14R Calipers, and you can add Gen. 3 '08 - '10 ZX10R Rotors if you want (They are lighter and bigger) Engine Ice or Water Wetter w/ Distilled Water works the same. 530 Chain setup is overkill honestly, Stock is 525 (bike doesn't make the Torque or has the weight to warrant a 530) 520 is lighter and just as strong as 525, just make sure to run metal sprockets (last longer than aluminum) and adjust/clean your chain regularly. Super Sprockets sells light weight Metal Sprockets that are as equally or even lighter than leading brand Aluminum units.

  • @rays9033
    @rays9033 2 года назад

    I would always first see what Auto-set selects and then modify any setting adjustments off that (if needed). This model will not do TIG AC, so I think you can only TIG weld steel (no aluminum). I think the Cyberweld online store sells this and other welders $100 cheaper due to their own instant rebate, but I think you made the better choice of Bakersgas since they seem to have much more technical knowledge of Miller and Lincoln in my opinion....they also have a ton of great YT welding vid's too. I was originally looking at the Miller 211, but liked the LCD display (and possibly slightly better Duty Cycle) of the 215. Then I watched the Bakergas (and others) video's of Miller's MIG Pulse, but I think the entry Miller machine for Pulse is the 255, which is the next size footprint larger than the 211/215. The 255 weighs twice as much and also costs twice the price of the 215 (ouch), but I'm planning to go that route for Pulse. There's a good chance you made a better decision than me. All in all, you made a great decision buying the 215. You have a lot of flexibility in a somewhat portable platform that should last you many years of great welding!

    I’ve been sainting to lower mine back down an inch or 2 but I’m not sure how much I should lower the front. The links that came on the bike say the adjustment range is stock height then 2in then 4inch. If I lowered the rear back down to 2in would I have to lower the front 2in as well?. I’ve heard and seen a lot of people say 5/8ths of an inch in the front so. I’ll wait till I have legit info before I lower it.

    • @Mr.Twowheels
      @Mr.Twowheels 2 года назад

      Personally I think if you’re gonna lower the rear 2, then definitely lower the front at least two. Mine is lowered as far as it can go in the front without straps. It looks a little different now because I’ve changed out a few things but it’s still lowered two in the rear
